Responsibilities:

Manage and handle operational legal services for the company as well as provide legal consultation and service to other division or department regarding operational matters
Experienced of fraud detection, prevention, and handling process; ensure that anti fraud techniques are used at all times in order to minimize fraud losses and take action when the fraud arise

Responsibilities:

Analyze statistical data, such as mortality, accident, sickness, disability, and retirement rates
Construct probability tables to forecast risk and liability for payment of future benefits

Decide and provide decision making related claim rejections and action to improve claim performance
Asses and review medical claims/surgery billings from provider and ensure benefit payments are correctly made
