Responsibilities:

    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
    Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions.
    Perform or direct revision, repair or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency.
    Analyse current system and research the best available solution can be applied in company

Requirements:

    Age maximum 35 years old.
    Minimum Bachelor Degree, Computer of Information Technology or equivalent.
    Exposures to such programming as Desktop and Database.
    Have min. 1 year of experience on Relational DBMS specially PostgreSQL and Document Database (NoSQL)
    Strong on programming language; Java, PHP, and ExtJS
    Able to work under pressure, independent, and efficient to meet deadlines.
    Strong Initiative & Personal Drive.
    Proficient in English both oral & writter.
    Good analitycal and problem solving skill.
    Good teamwork

ACCOUNT OFFICER MALANG (JV1402001)

Job Description:

    Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products.
    Identify needs and client business objectives.
    Maintain relationship with client.
    Prepare and present sales proposals.

Requirements:

    Male or Female, max. 30 years old.
    Min. Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75).
    Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 1 years.
    Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
    Excellent communication & relationship skill.
    Home based in West Jakarta.

CLAIM DEPARTEMENT HEAD (MOTOR VEHICLE) (JV1401004)
Job Description:

    Ensuring claim handling process timely and professionally to in line with the standard procedure.
    To ensure and secure appropriate authentication and documentation of claims.
    To liaise with other insurance, reinsurance, loss adjusters, agents, brokers and other relevant companies to ensure proper claim handling and settlement.
    To provide and monitor claims statistics and proactively provide feedback and advices on risks improvement
    Controlling the outstanding claim
    Maintaining and developing claim system


Requirement:

    Minimum University Graduates preferably from Master Degree from any discipline;
    Minimum experience 3 years in the same positions or in managerial level;
    A strong leadership, managing people, and customer relationship management;
    Having wide networking and ability to maintain relationship;
    Good interpersonal and communication skills;
    Computer Literate is a must;
    Proficient in English both oral & written;
    Able to work under-pressure.
