Training Supervisor

Essential Function:
Designing and coordinating training to cover both the organization’s current and future needs. Required Knowledge and Skills:


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or equivalent
Male/ Female max 30 years old
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to speak and write in English fluently
Have trainer experience (Priority from Pharmaceutical Company
Able to implement & analyzing effectiveness training needs analysis, assess the gap and recommend the required learning program
Able to maintain and improve current training and development programs / training moduls
Ability to utilize computer application include microsoft Office
Strong presentation, teach, communication and interpersonal skills
Good looking, Attractive ,Dynamic, Creative, Flexible, Hard worker, good relationship, Self motivated and Professional


Finance Staff

Essential Function:
Required Knowledge and Skills:


Male/Female, maximum age 28 years old.
Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accounting with min GPA 2.80
Familiar in handling finance and accounting matters from preparing financial reports from day to day accounting transaction (AP, AR, Inventory and Cash). Fresh graduates with outstanding academic result in Accounting are welcome.
Computer Literate (Micr.Office)
Honest, responsible, detail oriented and willing to work over time


Java Programmer

Essential Function:
Developing applications using the JAVA programming language
Required Knowledge and Skills:

Male or Female, maximum age 29 years old
Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Information System from reputable University with min GPA 3
Required technical skills : Java, Database Oracle, SDLC concept, troubleshooting
Minimum 2 years experience developing JAVA based program
Good communication skill and service oriented




Import Staff

Essential Function:
Coordinate with other parties to complete country legal aspect, company budget, principal time agreement to support imported product request align with company demand.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
 Female, Max. 29 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Management, English Literature and Communication
Having the expertise in Export and Import Process (preparation of Shipping Documents and well understanding on International Shipping Terms and Practice)
Has sufficient English language skill, both spoken and written with TOEFL : min 450
Computer literate
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels




Business Development Officer

Essential Function:
Look for new business opportunities, either New Principal or New Product or both, align to the vision and mission of the company.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Male / Female, Min. 28 years old
Holding Bachelor Degree, preferable majoring in Medical Doctor or Pharmaceuticals
Fresh graduates with good interpersonal skills welcomed
Make business planning of the company and actualized them with other divisions
Able to conduct Market Analysis
Has sufficient English language skill, both spoken and written


Medical Representative (MR)

Essential Function:
Be responsible in achieving monthly and yearly Sales Target by detailing to doctors or other promotional activities in his / her area in charge.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Male/Female, max. 30 years old
Candidates must be at least Diploma holder in Pharmacy, Natural Science or Science-related fields
Fresh graduates with good interpersonal skills welcomed
Pleasant and dynamic personality with enthusiasm to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical and observation skills
Good team player and possess good business acumen
Has Own Motorcycle and C driving lisence
Willing to be remote around Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bali, Mataram, Pekanbaru, Padang, Kalimantan and Makassar
