1. HRD Senior Manager
Job Responsibilities:
You will be in charge and responsible for overall HR Function within the Company, both in terms of providing clear strategic direction and ongoing operational support and guidance. This will include in providing excellent methodology for manpower Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Training & Development and Employee Relation.
Job Qualification:
Has track record in assuming extensive HR Management function in big company and has experience at least 5 years at same position.
Has strong leadership and managerial competency, people empowerment drive and an effective communication skill with all the levels in the group.
Excellent knowledge with performance management system, recruitment, training and development system.
Have a full understanding for Indonesian Labor Law and Calculation of Employee Income Tax.
Must be able to handle multi-tasks under the pressure within the deadline while maintaining quality at all times.
Fluent in English and or Mandarin will be a great advantage.
Minimum S-1 Graduate, preferably with major in Human Resources Management/Psychology and other relevant major from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00 or distinction grades.
2. Marketing Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Developing business plan and sales strategies to achieve target.
Taking initiatives to increase sales (corporate sales, programs, etc)
Being responsible in the development of sales team
Developing action plan and ensuring its implementation
Making decision in pricing and optimizing profit margin
Assisting sales team in preparing sales presentation
Coordinating daily schedule and event schedule.
Job Qualification:
Male/Female, maximum 35 years old
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing
Holds Bachelor Degree in any field
Strong salesmanship skill and leadership skill
Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and or Mandarin will be a great advantage.
3. Finance, Accounting and Tax Head Division
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a Finance and Accounting Division to ensure timely, precise and accurate preparation of Financial records and reports
Ensure that the Company’s procedures has been implemented.
Preparing report to Local Tax Authorities and to management
Doing the income and expenditure analysis
Well understanding for Indonesian Accounting Standard Principals and its implementation.
Preparing Consopack for Consolidation purposes
Implement and improving the internal control procedures
Job Qualification:
Minimum S-1 Graduate from reputable universities with minimum GPA of 3.00 or distinction grades, majoring in accounting is a must.
Has an experience as an External Auditor or Accounting Manager for at least 4 years
Has a strong knowledge and good understanding in PSAK
Strong analytical, meticulous, highly self motivated
Good character, smart, assertive, pro-active and willing to work in high pace environment.
Must be able to handle multi-tasks under the pressure within the deadline while maintaining quality at all times.
Fluent in English and or Mandarin will be a great advantage.
Computer literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc) - Female, max 30 years
