In this position you will assist Assistant Clinic Manager in handling daily job such as: collecting payment from patients by cash, credit cards, cashless medical services. To enter all data into the system. Prepare Voids and Adjustment Forms as necessary. To ensure that all Payments and Clinic System are updated on daily basis in the computer, handling complaints. To create a comfortable environment for patient in the clinic.
Key Skills/ Qualities:
·Diploma/ University graduate from Accounting background, with min. 2 years experience in related field
·Computer literate min. Ms. Office
·Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
·Have integrity, honest and able to work under pressure
·Have good interpersonal skill, and Customer Service oriented
·Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
·Respect confidentially of company, medical and personal documentation
·Attention to detail, accurate
·Willing to work extra hours/ on shift schedule
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Key skills/ Qualities :
·Academy or University graduate from various majoring
·Fluent in written and spoken English
·Computer literate (Ms. Word and Excel)
·Smart in hadling figures and numerous
·Showing integrity and able to work under pressure
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong work ethic demonstrated by behavior, appearance, attitude and initiative
