Principal duties and responsibilities of JAC Recruitment Consultants:
Provide market knowledge and advice to employers
" Maintain market awareness through research and networking
" Sourcing suitable candidates via database, network, advertisement and referrals
Maintaining candidate database and network
Interviewing and screening candidate profiles
Communicating with clients and candidates to understand their needs
Managing job offer process and negotiating salary packages
Developing new and managing ongoing client relationships and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
General Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any related field
At least 2-3 years of work experience in Manufacturing, IT, Trading or related industries. Experience as Recruitment Officer or Recruitment Consultant will be preferred. Senior positions will also be considered.
Strong personality and good presentation skills.
Ambitious and strives for excellence, with interest in business.
Good communication skills and comfortable in dealing with people from all levels.
Goal driven and sales oriented personality
Willing to work with target and deadlines (training and coaching provided)
Good English communication skill (oral & written)

A company for young and professionals who has a specific Japanese Speaking Skill and promised you with monthly income of IDR 15-40 million/month
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any related field.
Minimum working experience of 1 year in related fields. Senior positions will also be considered.
Strong personality and good presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability in dealing with people from all levels.
Minimum JLPT level 2.
Good English language skills (written and spoken).
Mature, proactive and wide network.
Ability to be a team player, as well as working individually.
Experience of stay and/or study in Japan will be a very good advantage.
